November 20

n David Acker, 25, was arrested and charged with failure to appear for driving without a license.

n Willie Elizabeth Robinson, 36, was arrested and charged with 12 counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable.

November 24

n Bobby Dale Pate, 42, was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

November 26

n Billy Ray Powell, Jr., 32, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support.

n Ethel May Powell, 37, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable.

n Randall Kevin Taylor, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following reports were filed through the Butler County Sheriff's Office from November 15 to November 20:

November 15

n A report was filed on Ridge Road in Greenville for third-degree domestic violence assault. A man and his wife got into an argument and struck each other.

n A report was filed on Monterey Road in Forest Home for third-degree burglary and second-degree theft. Someone broke into a house and stole a Bulldog and seven Bulldog puppies, valued at $800.

November 16

n A report was filed on Wagon Wheel Road in Fort Deposit for second-degree criminal mischief. A drunk man drive into a yard and damaged a chain-link fence and posts, valued at $2,000.

November 18

n A report was filed on Wald Road in Greenville for second-degree criminal mischief. A back window of a van was broken out, causing $350 in damage.

n A report was filed at the Butler County Jail for promoting prison contraband. Someone in a car drove up to the fence of the jail yard and threw over the fence a bag containing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, a lighter, matches, marijuana and cocaine.

November 20

n A report was filed on Patterson Road in McKenzie for second-degree theft.
