Oct. 15

n James Edward Cook, Jr., 31, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed pistol.

n Quinton Ladell Johnson, 18, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and minor in consumption of alcohol.

n Zena Shande Mickles, 20, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and minor in consumption of alcohol.

n Latesha Bear, 19, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

n Key Kurtis Owens, 23, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

n Alfred Lamar Marshall, 29, was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic violence, 3rd degree.

n Tonya Nicole Powell, 29, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, failure to appear- driving with revoked license, failure to appear - driving while suspended, and failure to appear - DUI.

Oct. 17

n Maurice Anthony Waters, 37, was arrested and charged with theft of property.

n Jesse Lee Theus, 29, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, 3rd degree.

Oct. 19

n George Gordon Carter, 38, was arrested and charged with domestic violence - harassment.

n Amy Lee Sirmon, 27, was arrested and charged with domestic violence - harassment and public intoxication.

Oct. 20

n Norman Lee Boggan, 24, was arrested and charged with two counts of assaulting a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

n A report was filed at Key Safety Restraints for theft of property. One white Chevrolet pick-up worth $30,000 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on South St. for assault.

Oct. 14

n A report was filed on S. College St. for theft of property. Two 18-packs of Budweiser worth $26 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Hardscramble Rd. for harassing communications.

Oct. 15

n A report was filed at the Butler County Fairgrounds for theft of lost property. One cell phone worth $290 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at the Butler County Fairgrounds for disorderly conduct and minor in consumption of alcohol.

n A report was filed at the Butler County Fairgrounds for assault.

n A report was filed at Greenwood for assault, 3rd degree.

n A report was filed at the Best Value Inn for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One Regions bank card was reported stolen and the ignition switch received $50 damage.

Oct. 16

n A report was filed at the Butler County Fairgrounds for theft of lost property. One cell phone worth $199 was reported stolen.

Oct. 17

n A report was filed at Shell Depot for theft of property. Six mountain pine air fresheners worth $5.94 and two bottles of Armor All worth $3.98 were reported stolen. The items were later recovered.

Oct. 18

n A report was filed on W. Commerce St. for criminal mischief. One plate glass window received $200 damage.

Oct. 19

n A report was filed on S. Park St. for assault.

n A report was filed at the Butler County Fairgrounds for theft of lost property. One cell phone worth $100 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on N. College St. for theft of property. 24 Budweiser beers worth $20 were reported stolen.

n A report was filed in parking lot of W.O. Parmer Elementary School for domestic violence - harassment.

n A report was filed on Shannon Hill Rd. for burglary. Two 52-inch Apex televisions worth $2,799 each were reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Beeland Park Recreation Complex for criminal mischief. Two doors received $400 damage.
