Sept. 25

n Trina Scott, 22, was arrested and charged with theft of property, 3rd degree.

n Frank Giancursio, 43, was arrested and charged public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 28

n Eli Cook, 39, was arrested and charged with DUI.

Sept. 29

n Lamont Albritton, 33, was arrested and charged with domestic violence-assault.

n A report was filed on Perdue Place for domestic violence-assault.

n A report was filed on Lake Dr. for domestic violence-harassment.

Sept. 23

n A report was filed on Milner St. for criminal mischief. One back window of an automobile received $500 damage and the paint job received $300 damage.

n A report was filed at Grayson's for theft of property. One Alabama license plate, tag number &#8220WINUA” worth $150 was reported stolen.

n A report was file don Hickory St. for assault.

Sept. 24

n A report was filed on Government St. for theft of property. One .38 caliber handgun worth $140 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Government St. for a dog bite.

Sept. 25

n A report was filed on Carver Circle for harassment.

n A report was filed on W. Field St. for leaving children in need of supervision.

n A report was filed at Young's Fashions for theft of property. One bottle of hair bonding glue worth $1.90, one can of body spray worth $1.95, and two sets of hair extensions worth $13.98 each were reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Linda Ave. for domestic violence-assault.

Sept. 26

n A report was filed at the Real Pit BBQ for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

Sept. 27

n A report was filed at Jordan's Hilltop for theft of property. 13 Starburst candy bars worth $14.17 were reported stolen, but later recovered.

Sept. 28

n A report was filed at Butler Square Parking Lot for criminal mischief. One rear window of an automobile received $300 damage.

n A report was filed on Walnut St. for leaving the scene of an accident. One small tree received $100 damage.

n A report was filed on Hickory St. for domestic violence - assault. The backdoor of a home received $200 damage and a coffee table received $100 damage.

n A report was filed on W. Gamble St. for criminal littering.
