March 24

n Taurus Lashon Jordan, 28, of 115 Bishop Bottom Road, Fort Deposit, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Ricardo Benson, 19, of 353 Pinehurst Drive, Georgiana, was arrested for possession of marijuana second-degree.

March 25

n Kate Jones Hardy, 51, of 522 Terrell St. was arrested for DUI.

n Harold Glenn Hall, 41, of Andalusia was arrested for domestic violence third-degree.

n Donald Edward Loveless, 47, of 133 Cotton Blossom Road was arrested for public intoxication and theft of property third-degree.

March 27

n Roy Lee Crenshaw, 48, of 100 Reid Court was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Joseph Earl Cook, 29, of 924 Walnut St. was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from Florala police department for driving while suspended.

n James Edward Scarver, 30, of 102 First St. was arrested for giving a false name to a law enforcement officer.

n Scott Coshatt, 34, of 1104 E. Commerce St. was arrested on four counts of forgery second-degree.

n Devorah A. Smith, 53, of 227 N. Pine St. was arrested for criminal possession of a forged instrument.

n A report was filed for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

n A report was filed for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

n A report was filed for theft of property at 245 Greenville by-pass where one ATM card was reported stolen.

n A report was filed for burglary at 301 Church St. where one 12-gauge shotgun valued at $200, one Marlin 30-30 rifle valued at $500, one cam-corder valued at $500, one digital camera valued at $400 and $5 of assorted change was reported stolen.

n A report was filed for lost property at L.V. Stabler Memorial Hospital where a wallet containing a check card and other personal material was reported lost.

n A report was filed for criminal mischief at 525 Norvell St. where the passenger side doorlock of a vehicle sustained $200 worth of damage.

n A report was filed for criminal mischief at 224 Chalet Drive where the back windshield of a vehicle sustained $300 of damage.

n A report was filed for criminal mischief at 230 Honoraville Road where one mailbox and one mailbox pole sustained $60 worth of damage.

n A report was filed for theft of lost property at 501 Willow Lane where a lost cell phone valued at $100 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed for possession of drug paraphernalia at 100 Reid Court.

n A report was filed for possession of marijuana at Perdue Village Apartments.

March 25

n A report was filed for criminal mischief at 693 Sherling Lake Road where a 1996 Cadillac suffered damages estimated to be up to $2,500.

n A report was filed for the recovery of stolen property at McDonald's on the Greenville by-pass where one Lorian .380 pistol valued at $300 was returned to its owner.

n A report was filed for theft of property at 207 Cedar St. where one bottle of eyedrops valued at $1.09 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed for public intoxication and theft of property on Fort Dale Road. It was reported that $239 in currency was stolen.

March 27

n A report was filed for lost property on South College Street where a wallet containing a bank card, insurance cards, driver's license and $20 was reported lost.

n A report was filed for harassment at Bates Texaco.

n A report was filed for domestic violence (harassment) on Walnut Street.

n A report was filed for harassing communications at 492 Perdue Place.

March 28

n A report was filed for theft by deception at 206 S. College St. involving one push mower and one edger.

n A report was filed for breaking and entering a motor vehicle at 108 S. College St.

n A report was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at 224 Washington St. where a purse containing a wallet and $50 in currency was reported stolen

March 29

n A report was filed regarding a person giving a false name to a law enforcement officer on Burger Street.

n A report was filed for domestic violence (assault) at 701 Government St.

n A report was filed for domestic violence (menacing) at 218 Administrative Drive.

n A report was filed for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle at 311 Government St.

n A report was filed for domestic violence (menacing) at 1407 Perine St.

n A report was filed for harassment at 814 Hickory St.

March 30

n A report was filed for theft of property at 501 Willow Lane. A wallet with credit cards, a driver's license and $60 in currency was reported stolen.

n A report was filed regarding four forged checks at M.J. Food Mart and L&P Amaco.

n A report was filed regarding the possession of a forged instrument at 229 W. Field St.

n A report was filed for harassing communications on the Pine Apple Highway.

n A report was filed for harassing communications at 132 Pinedale St.

n A report was filed for theft of property at 131 Greenville by-pass where 7.757 gallons of gasoline was taken valued at $20.01.

n A report was filed for assault second-degree at Bent Creek Apartments.
