The following arrests were made by the Greenville Police Department on Jan. 13 through Jan. 18:

Jan. 13

n Terry Dewayne Mallory, 31, was arrested and charged with assaulting a law enforcement officer, 2nd, obstructing government operations and reckless endangerment.

n Joe L. Warren, 56, was arrested and charged with violation of a local ordinance because of livestock at large.

Jan. 14

n Pamela Kelley Roper, 40, was arrested and charged with possessions of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

n Victoria Bones, 35, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jan. 15

n Leonard Leroy Cook, 40, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Cedric Dynell Wilson, 18, was arrested and charged with theft of property, 1st, and resisting arrest.

Jan. 18

n Jimmy Lee Boggan, 41, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, harassment, and resisting arrest.

The following complaints were filed by the Greenville Police Department from Jan. 13 to Jan. 18:

Jan. 13

n A complaint was filed for theft of property at Colonial Bank. The victim stated that $398 in funds had been withdrawn from the victim's savings account without prior knowledge.

n A complaint was filed on South Conecuh St. for harassment.

n A complaint was filed on Cunningham St. for Identify Theft. The victim stated he believes his identity had been stolen by an ex-girlfriend to acquire three credit cards: a Capital One credit card, a Chase credit card and an Aspire credit card. The victim stated that credit card bills total $6,288.

Jan. 14

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property at Taco Bell for a Nokia cellular phone valued at $100.

n A complaint was filed for lost property for V-710 cellular phone valued at $159.

n A complaint was filed at Myrick's BP for theft of property for 13 gallons of unleaded gasoline valued at $30.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on Thames St. for two 14” tires and rims valued at $225.

Jan. 15

n A complaint was filed on Thames St. for harassment.

n A complaint was filed on Carve Circle for theft of property for a 1991 white Mercury Grand Marquis with a total value of $4,000.

Jan 16

n A complaint was filed on Hickory St. for burglary. Items taken include a Playstation 2 video game system, one controller and three video games for an estimated loss of $420.

n A complaint was filed on Myrtle Dr. for theft of property for a mountain bicycle valued at $150.

n A complaint was filed at Advance Auto Parts for harassing communications.

n A complaint was filed on Milner St. for domestic violence, harassment.

n A complaint was filed on Aztec Rd. for domestic violence, reckless endangerment.

Jan. 17

n A complaint was filed for $450 in damage to the rear bumper of 2005 Dodge vehicle in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart SuperCenter.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property at the Boys and Girls Club. Items taken include a Sony Playstation 2 video game system with two controllers and 20” television for an estimated loss of $300.

Jan. 18

n A complaint was filed at Pineview Apts. on Hardscramble Road for criminal mischief. The manager stated that a former tenant had left behind damages totaling $5,000 to an apartment, including the walls, carpet and closet doors.

n A complaint was filed at Murphy Oil for theft of property for unleaded gasoline valued at $45.32.

n A complaint was filed at Payday Cash Advance Loans on Ft. Dale Road for theft of property for $4,300.
