The following arrests were made by the Butler County Sheriff#039;s Office from Jan. 10 to Jan. 17:

Jan. 10

n Tina Michelle Peterson, 35, of 501 Abrams St. Georgiana was arrested for failure to appear (N.W.N.I)

n Jeremy Charles Owens, 23, of 1070 East State Highway 106 in Georgiana was arrested for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following complaints were filed at the Butler County Sheriff's Office from Jan. 10 to Jan. 17:

Jan. 11

n A complaint was filed for theft of property. The item taken was a 1996 four-door green Acura that is valued at $10,000.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespass at 140 S. Old Central Road.

Jan. 12

n A report was filed for the recovery of a suspected stolen vehicle on County Road 75 in Honoraville.

n A complaint was filed for the theft of property of one can of snuff valued at $3.

Jan. 13

n A complaint of theft of property was reported from 2059 City Road. It was reported that a Razr V3 cell phone valued at $300 was taken.

Jan. 15

n A complaint of a domestic dispute was filed at 138 Poole Road.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/menacing on North Garland Street in McKenzie.

n A separate complaint was filed for menacing and harassment on North Garland Street in McKenzie.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief at 1668 Montgomery Highway. It was reported that damage was done to a refurbished 1970 Cadillac Sedan Deville. The damage was estimated to be $3,500 to a custom paint job, $320 to a low profile 22-inch tire and $350 to a windshield.

n A complaint of theft of property third-degree was filed from the resident of 1252 Garden Road in McKenzie. Items reported taken from the residence include $75 in dimes, a clay decorative pot valued at $10, six light bulbs valued at $5 and one window screen valued at $10. A mobile home interior window and exterior storm window valued at $350 was also reported stolen.

n A complaint of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported from the resident of 13 Pinehurst Drive. It was later reported on Jan. 17 that the 1989 Pontiac SunBird was returned to the owner.

Jan. 16

n A complaint of theft of property was filed. A Suzuki 185 four-wheeler valued at $1,200 was taken from the residence at 5993 Old Stage Road.

n A complaint of criminal trespass and criminal mischief was reported at the residence across from 196 Sirmon Road. Items reported damaged include a front windshield of a 1966 Oldsmobile 88, a front windshield of a 1980 Oldsmobile 88, a small side window, four headlights of a 1966 Oldsmobile 88, one headlight of a 1980 Oldsmobile 88 and one taillight of a 1980 Oldsmobile 88.

n A complaint was filed for burglary and theft of property from the residence of 523 Quail Ridge Road. Items reported to be taken include one metal door with glass valued at $300 and one six-pack of Sams Cola valued at $2.
