The following complaints were filed at the Greenville Police Department from Dec. 3 to Dec. 14.

Dec. 3

n A complaint was filed for possession of drug paraphernalia on Perdue Place. Items recovered included $9 in cash, two crack pipes with residue, one CD case with residue and one Pepsi can with residue.

n A complaint was filed for possession of a controlled substance on Perdue Place. Items recovered included one plastic bag containing a white rock-like residue and $135 in cash.

Dec. 5

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on the Greenville Bypass. $2,000 in cash was taken from a deposit.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Greenville High School. Items taken included one cell phone, valued at $129, and $10 in cash.

Dec. 7

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Piggly Wiggly. Items taken included two 12-ounce cans of Budweiser beer, valued at $2, and one 12-ounce bottle of Smirnoff Wild Grape Malt. One package of American cheese, valued at 79 cents, was taken and recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on South Conecuh Street. Items taken included five Christmas wreaths, valued at $25, one large Christmas wreath, valued at $60, three artificial Christmas trees, valued at $30, and two sleighs, valued at $30.

n A complaint was filed for arson, first degree, on West Commerce Street.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, first degree, on South Street. One plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, valued at $10, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Dollar General. Four packs of Reese’s candy, valued at $3.40, were stolen and recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Glass 66 on Fort Dale Road. Someone drove off without paying for $29 in gas.

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property, third degree, at Pizza Hut. Items taken included one planner and three checks.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, at Gateway Plaza. The right, rear passenger door received $100 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Gamble Street.

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications on East Commerce Street.

n A complaint was filed for a lost check on Carver Circle. One check, valued at $90.92, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on Industrial Parkway. Items recovered included one black film bottle containing one plastic bag, one straw and two rolling papers.

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on College and Commerce streets. The left front fender received $300 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Tiger Drive.

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Fort Dale Road.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information-interference with child custody on Highway 10 East.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ assault, third degree, on School Highlands Road.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Perdue Village. One hubcap, valued at $20, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, on North College Street. $100 in cash was taken, and one bedroom window received $25 in damages. One cell phone, valued at $100, was stolen and recovered.

n A complaint was filed for arson, third degree, and criminal trespassing, first degree, on West Parmer Street.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on Halso Mill Road.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information-loud and excessive noise on Government Street.

n A complaint was filed for possession of drug paraphernalia on Cedar Street. One crack pipe was recovered.

Dec. 11

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Milner Street.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, on Aztec Road. One back door rear window received $1,000 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for possession of a controlled substance on the Greenville Bypass. Twelve hydrocodone pills, valued at $240, were recovered.

Dec. 12

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, on Country Club Drive. Items taken included one X-Box system, valued at $200, 15 X-Box games, valued at $750, assorted jewelry, valued at $200, one pair of Reebok shoes, valued at $50, one pair of Timberline boots, valued at $120, one pair of Jordan’s, valued at $100, three pairs of jeans, valued at $180, and 20 assorted CDs, valued at $200.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at Bob & Wayne’s on the Greenville Bypass. One passenger-side door glass received $175 in damages, and one car battery received $100 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on School Highlands Road.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at the Chevron on Fort Dale Road. Someone drove off without paying for $35.61 in gas. Also, one debit card was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, at Fort Dale Academy. One driver’s side door glass received $175 in damages, and the driver’s side rear door glass received $175 in damages.

Dec. 13

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Carver Circle. Items taken included one black leather purse, valued at $30, one black Liz Claiborne wallet, valued at $40, one driver’s license and one WIC card.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Waters Street.

n A complaint was filed for identity theft, second degree, at an unknown location. Personal information was used to obtain a fraudulent credit card.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, and domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Harlem Street.

Dec. 14

n A report was filed for miscellaneous information on School Highlands Road.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on College and Oak streets. One tire and rim received $1,000 in damages.

n A report was filed for found property on Fort Dale Road. Items recovered included one purse and assorted makeup.

n A complaint was filed for leaving a gasoline establishment without remitting payment at Glass 66. Someone drove off without paying for $21.15 in gas.

n A complaint was filed for receiving stolen property, third degree, on Commerce and Oliver streets. One Nokia cell phone, valued at $50, was recovered.
