n A complaint was filed for a child in need of supervision (CHINS) on Milner Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on East World Street. One payroll check was taken.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on North Conecuh Street.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Sherling Lake Road. One Sony X-Box, valued at $200, was taken, and one window received $150 in damages.

Nov. 4

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on South Park Street.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on East Commerce Street. Items damaged included one window, at $500, and the steering column, at $900.

n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on South Park Street.

n A report was filed for miscellaneous-lost property on Milner Street. One cell phone, valued at $35, was lost.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, on Chalet Drive. One vehicle's left rear door and left front door received a total value of $600 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/assault, third degree, at Court Square.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Walker Green Road. $200 in cash was taken.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/menacing, third degree, and domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Parmer Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Aztec Road. One mailbox, valued at $20, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on West Parmer Street.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Gravel Hill Road. Miscellaneous auto parts, valued at $300, were taken.

n A complaint was filed for harassment, third degree, on Carver Circle.

n A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment on South Park and World streets.

n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on South Park Street.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Whittaker Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Flowers Street. One 1997 Ford Explorer, valued at $8,000, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, and assault, third degree, at the CBC Lounge. One 9 mm handgun and one clip, all valued at $150, were taken.

n A complaint was filed for harassment at Hilltop Station.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Waters Street. Items taken included one air conditioner, valued at $139, six fishing poles, valued at $250, and two electric saws, valued at $120.

n A complaint was filed for harassment at Bates Texaco on Fort Dale Road.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at CVS Pharmacy on Fort Dale Road. One .5 ounce bottle of cologne spray, valued at $3.33, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on South Park Street. One lawnmower, valued at $100, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on I-65 near Greenville.

Nov. 7

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, at Middleton Oil Fuel Stop on Highway 31 South. $695.62 in fuel was stolen.

n A complaint was filed for carrying a pistol without a permit at the Greenville BP Station on Fort Dale Road. Items recovered included one camouflage pouch, valued at $5, and one 9 mm pistol, valued at $100.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on North Pine Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Boswell Street. Items taken included one lawn mower, valued at $325, and one 15-inch tire, valued at $395.95.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Kolb City Road. One videotape was taken.

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on East Commerce Street. One front fender and bumper were damaged.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Interstate Drive. One door and its entrance received $100 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on South Park Street. $150 in cash was taken.

n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on South College Street.

Nov. 8

n A report was filed for miscellaneous-found property on Winkler Street. Items recovered included 20 small plastic bags containing a green leafy substance, valued at $200, one small plastic bag containing six pieces of a crack-rock-type substance, valued at $100, and one small Crowne Royal bag, valued at $5.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Ogelsby Street.

One tire received $30 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Hicks Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, and recovery on Wimberly Street.

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident at Fort Dale Road. The driver's side door received $150 in damages.

n Christopher Donnell Finklea, 27, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and for DUI.

Nov. 5

n Elbert James Smith, 41, was arrested for public intoxication.

n William Earl Thompson, 26, was arrested for public intoxication.

n James Earl Soles, 37, was arrested for DUI.

Nov. 6

n Dionne Shantel Murphy, 22, was arrested for theft of property, third degree.

n Wayne Artillus Goldsmith, 19, was arrested for DUI, disorderly conduct, and for leaving the scene of an accident.

n Christopher Donnell Finklea, 27, was arrested for driving with a revoked license.

n David James Day, 35, was arrested for public intoxication.
