n Glean Louis Spann, 40, was arrested for felony investigation.

n Gregory O'Neal Rudolph, 25, was arrested for probation violation.

The following complaints were filed by the Butler County Sheriff's Department between Nov. 18 to Nov. 28.

Nov. 18

n A report was filed for lost property on Mobile Road. One cell phone, valued at $199, was reported missing.

Nov. 19

n A complaint was filed for theft of property and criminal mischief, second degree, on Simpson Road. Items taken included one satellite receiver, valued at $320, one pair of Bose 6×9 acoustic wave speakers, valued at $800, 18 CDs, valued at $200, one spare tire with a jack and tools, valued at $300, and passenger-side ground effects, valued at $1,000.

n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on Fort Dale Road.

Nov. 23

n A complaint was filed for theft of property and criminal mischief at mile marker 6/7 on County Road 263.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree. Items taken included $75 cash, two lock keys and one car key. One black safe received $500 in damages, and one house trailer back door received $200 in damages.

Nov. 24

n A complaint was filed for harassment, third degree, on Wagon Wheel Road.

Nov. 25

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Garrett Road.

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications, third degree, on Conway Lane.

n A complaint was filed for public intoxication on Stinson Road in Georgiana.

Nov. 26

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on Simpson Circle.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Morgan Road. A vehicle's rear glass was damaged.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Morgan Road. One window received $300 in damages.

Nov. 26

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, and criminal trespassing, first degree, on Aztec Road.

Nov. 27

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Crosby Lane. One dresser mirror received $200 in damages, and two dresser drawers received $300 in damages.

Nov. 28

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on McCarter Road in Georgiana. One mailbox and post were damaged.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Van Diver Drive.
