Nov. 3

n Michael Joseph Holmes Sr., 32, was arrested for theft of property, second degree.

n Randy Wilson, 49, was arrested for five counts of NWNI.

Christopher Donnell Finklea, 27, was arrested for parole probation violation, contempt of court and for failure to appear for contempt of court.

n Nov. 8

Jeff Bush, 40, was arrested for harassment.

Nov. 9

n Herbert Lee Bowen Sr., 47, was arrested for FTA for driving with a revoked license.

n Doyle Phillips, 38, was arrested for failure to pay or appear.

The following complaints were filed at the Butler County Sheriff's Office during the period from Nov. 5 through Nov. 13:

n A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment and for night hunting on Fort Dale Road.

Nov. 7

n A complaint was filed for burglary on Montezuma Road. Two rings were taken, and one glass windowpane was damaged.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Pineapple Highway. Four truck tires received $500 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for vandalism to a tractor at the southbound rest area on I-65.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Shows Road. One roping saddle with accessories, all valued at $1,200, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on John Zipper Road.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Cassidy Road.

n A complaint was filed for identify theft at A&M Country Store. One check in the amount of $65 was cashed.

Nov. 9

n A complaint was filed for a vicious animal running at large on Coach Road.

Nov. 10

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Maple Road. One grill received $30 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, on Green Leaf Lane in Honoraville.

n A complaint was filed for interference with custody on Perry Hill Road.

Nov. 11

A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and for theft of property, second degree, at the I-65 northbound rest area. Items taken included a cell phone, valued at $49, a driver's license, and one purse, valued at $25.

Nov. 12

n A complaint was filed for burglary and for theft of property on Winson Road in Honoraville. Items taken included one 32 inch TV, valued at $329, one 21 inch TV, valued at $159, miscellaneous game cubes, valued at $99, one DVD Apex, valued at $79, one DVD Play Apex, valued at $200, and five games, valued at $100.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, harassment, and burglary, first degree, on Morgan Road in Georgiana. One 2000 Chevrolet Camaro, valued at $16,000, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, and for burglary, first degree, on Morgan Road in Georgiana.

Nov. 13

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and for theft of property, second degree, on Windsong Drive. One radio and six CDs were taken.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Halso Mill Road. Items taken included a horse bridle and bit, valued at $50, one saddle, valued at $400, a pair of suede leather chaps, valued at $100, one tackle box and lures, valued at $200, one TV/VCR combo, valued at $200, and one saddle, valued at $300.
