Oct. 17

n Patricia Gandy, 55, was arrested for domestic violence, second degree, and assault.

n Johnathan Flemmon, 23, was arrested for menacing and criminal mischief, second degree.

The following complaints were filed at the Butler County Sheriff's Office during the period from Oct. 19 through Oct. 29:

Oct. 19

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, at mile marker 122 on I-65 North. One 1974 dump trailer, valued at $15,000, was taken.

Oct. 25

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and theft of property, second degree, on West State Highway 106 in Georgiana. Items taken included five diamond rings, valued at $700, three diamond dinner rings, valued at $600, $1,230 in cash, one gold chain, valued at $500, and two doors received $600 in damages.

Oct. 27

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, on Halso Mill Road. Items taken included one chain saw, valued at $139, and one set of wrenches, valued at $60.

Oct. 28

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and theft of property, second degree, on Money Clip Road. Items taken included three watches, valued at $200, two wedding bands, valued at $200, one miscellaneous item of costume jewelry, valued at $100, and one necklace, valued at $100.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, first degree, and theft of property, second degree, on South Mt. Zion Road. Items taken included one 12-gauge shotgun, valued at $600, one Remington 12-gauge shotgun, valued at $500, and one door and door facing received $200 in damages.

Oct. 29

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and theft of property, second degree, on Pineapple Highway. One generator, valued at $1,188.76, was taken.
