n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Aztec Road.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot. One CD player, valued at $250, was taken, and one window received $250 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Chestnut Street. Items taken included one CD player, valued at $300, and one CD dash kit, valued at $20.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Milner Street.

n A report was filed for miscellaneous information on Church Street. One small window received $60 in damages.

Oct. 13

n A complaint was filed for robbery, first degree, at PayDay Cash Advance on Fort Dale Road.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on Hardscramble Road. One purse, valued at $10, was taken.

Oct. 14

n A complaint was filed for harassment at Fred's.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, and for a minor in possession of alcohol on Country Club Drive. Items recovered included two Budweiser beers, valued at $5, and four marijuana cigarettes, valued at $10.

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property, third degree, on Carver Circle. One cell phone, valued at $75, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous-child dispute on East Commerce Street.

Oct. 15

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, on East Commerce Street. One door window was damaged, and one bush ax, valued at $10, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on West Commerce Street.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, third degree, on East Commerce Street.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Milner Street.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Walnut Street. One small bathroom window received $45 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Super Foods. Two packages of ribeye steaks, valued at $25.17, were stolen and recovered.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful use of a motor vehicle on North College Street.

n A complaint was filed for possession of drug paraphernalia on Walnut Street. One small metal pipe, valued at $5, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, and resisting arrest at McBride's Chevron. Items taken included one bag of potato chips and one Slim Jim/cheese pack, for a total value of $1.98.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on First Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Perdue Place. Two Ford Crown Victoria center caps, valued at $60, were taken.

Oct. 16

n A complaint was filed for criminal surveillance on Terrell Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, in Mountain Brook Trailer Park. $130 in cash was stolen and recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Family Dollar. Items taken and recovered included two Dial Body Wash, valued at $4, two Palmers' Cocoa Butter, valued at $7, and one BB Super Gro, valued at $3.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Family Dollar. Items taken included one pack of Nailene glue-on nails, valued at $3, and one Nailene ultra quick glue, valued at $2.

n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on West Commerce Street.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Coosa Road.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, first degree, on Manor Court.

n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on Cedar Street.

Oct. 17

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree, on I-65 North at mile marker 130. One plastic bag containing marijuana, valued at $20, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on South Pine Street.

n A complaint was filed for rendering a false alarm at L.V. Stabler Hospital.

n A complaint was filed for harassment, third degree, on Fort Dale Road.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on the Greenville Bypass and Cloverdale Road. One utility pole was pushed over, and one cable line received $100 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Aztec and Gravel Hill roads.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at RoadMaster BP on Fort Dale Road. Two bottles of Boone's Farm wine, valued at $6, were taken.

n A complaint was filed for possession of a forged instrument, second degree, on Cedar Street. One check in the amount of $194.98 was cashed.

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Country Club Drive.

Oct. 18

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, first degree, on East Commerce Street. Twenty-one plastic bags containing a green leafy substance, valued at $1,000, were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/menacing, third degree, on South Pine Street. Items recovered included one .380 caliber handgun, valued at $100, and one magazine with eight bullets, valued at $20.

Oct. 19

n A complaint was filed for public lewdness and harassment on Milner Street.

n A report was filed for miscellaneous information at Fort Dale Academy. Several assorted spent casings, valued at $5, were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Cedar Street. The front driver's-side window received $150 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for a missing person on Fort Dale Road.

n A report was filed for miscellaneous information at Bypass Liberty.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Jordan's Hilltop. Someone drove off without paying for $12.06 in gas.

n Patrick Renaldo Crenshaw, 19, was arrested for two counts of assault, third degree, criminal mischief, and menacing.

Oct. 18

n Stephanie Boutwell, 37, was arrested for DUI.
