Sept. 29

n A complaint was filed for a cat bite on Chestnut Street.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Steele Circle.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on World Street.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, on Ogelsby Street. One doorframe and lock received $80 in damages.

Oct. 6

n A complaint was filed for theft of services, second degree, at Bright House Network. $2,000 in company materials and services were taken.

n A report was filed for miscellaneous/ a lost cell phone, valued at $200, on Highway 185 South.

n A report was filed for a lost cell phone, valued at $60, at an unknown location.

n A complaint was filed for harassment, third degree, at Greenville High School.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information, third degree, at Family Dollar. One cell phone, valued at $80, was taken.

Oct. 7

n A report for miscellaneous information was filed on Government Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property, third degree, at Bent Creek Apartments. One cell phone, valued at $150, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident in the back parking lot of Powell Shoe Repair. One vehicle received $700 in body damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment at McDonald’s.

Oct. 8

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Executive Drive.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at Manor Court Apartments. One car stereo, valued at $300, was taken. The driver’s side window received $200 in damages, and the vehicle’s dash panel received $500 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property, third degree, at Fred’s. One cell phone, valued at $150, was taken.

Oct. 9

n A complaint was filed for theft by deception, third degree, at Pizza Hut. Assorted food and drinks, valued at $38, were consumed but not paid for.

Oct. 10

n A complaint was filed for public intoxication at Perdue Village.

n A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, on School Highlands Road.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Oak Street. One windowsill received $150 in damages, and one air conditioner received $250 in damages. Items taken included one PlayStation II, valued at $165, eight assorted PlayStation games, valued at $400, and one PlayStation II wireless controller, valued at $20.

Oct. 11

n A complaint was filed for receiving stolen property (recovery), first degree, on Interstate 65 at mile marker 131, northbound. One 2003 GMC Envoy, valued at $22,000, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Old Bolling Road. Eight keys, valued at $14, were taken.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Winkler Street. One vehicle received a total of $385 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Hardscramble Road. $100 in cash was taken.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Overlook Road. One exterior door and frame received $150 in damages, and one deadbolt door lock received $20 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for robbery, first degree, in Fred’s parking lot. One set of keys, valued at $20, and $20 in assorted change were taken.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on South Street.

Oct. 12

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Bell Street. One CD player, valued at $315, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/assault, third degree, on Winkler Street.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Hardscramble Road. One wooden doorframe received $20 in damages.

The following arrests were made by the Greenville Police Department during the period from Oct. 6 through Oct. 12:

n Timothy Orlando Jones, 33, was arrested for assault, second degree.

n Christopher T. Shepherd, 25, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

Oct. 7

n Charles Matthew Sexton, 29, was arrested for criminal mischief, second degree.

n Robert Lewis Benson, 38, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

n Nancy Neal Benson, 40, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

Oct. 8

n Jimmy Lee Simmons, 41, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

Oct. 9

n Willie Joe Cook, 28, was arrested for public intoxication.

Oct. 10

n Christopher Lee Thompson, 44, was arrested for public intoxication.

Oct. 11

n James Raymond Bosco, 40, was arrested for DUI.

n John Doe was arrested for robbery, first degree, receiving stolen property, first degree, and for giving a false name to law enforcement.
