SEPT. 8

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Rhodes Road.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, third degree, on Fort Deposit Road.

n A complaint was filed for trespassing on Conway Lane.

Sept. 9

n A complaint was filed for a miscellaneous incident on Manningham Road. The driver's- side mirror received $100 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property, third degree, on Gravel Hill Road. One CD player, valued at $179, was taken.

Sept. 10

n A complaint was filed for harassment/domestic violence, third degree, on Sherling Lake Road.

Sept. 11

n A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment and harassment on Highway 55 in McKenzie.

n Charlie Ray Sexton Jr., 21, was arrested for the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property, third degree.
