Sept. 5

A complaint was filed for violation of a family protection order on County Road 59 in Luverne.

Tracy Jackson Bodiford, 36, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

Sept. 6

A complaint was filed for theft of property after a 17-inch Celera color television valued at $109 and model cars valued at $1,400 were reported stolen on Bowden Road in Honoraville.

A complaint was filed for theft of property after $30 in gas was reported stolen on Bowden Road in Honoraville.

Sept. 3

A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Woodland Trail in Highland Home.

Sept. 2

Johnnie Joe Frost, 39, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

Sept. 1

Michael Cook, 52, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Aug. 31

Otis LaVaughn Daniels, 26, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

A complaint was filed for harassment on Railroad Street in Petrey.

Aug. 30

A report was filed for domestic violence on Nekoosa Road in Grady.

A complaint was filed for theft of property after two chainsaws valued at $700 were reported stolen on Sims Road in Luverene.

A complaint was filed for harassment on Rutledge Loop Road in Rutledge.

Aug. 29

A complaint was filed for domestic violence on Montgomery Highway in Highland Home.

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Old Three Notch Road in Brantley.

Aug. 28

Christopher Howard Neidert, 41, was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Aug. 27

Stanley Derrick Foster, 22, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, second degree, contributing to a minor and open container.

Aug. 26

Gidget Militia Maddox, 37, was arrested and charged with burglary, third degree and theft, third degree.

A complaint was filed for theft of property after a tag valued at $34 was reported stolen on West 3rd Street.

Sept. 5

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief after a window valued at $100 was reported broken on East 10th street.

Sept. 4

A complaint was filed for domestic violence on Spivey Street.

A complaint was filed after marijuana was found on the floor at Food Fair.

Tracie Bodiford, 39, was arrested and charged with assault, third degree.

Earnest Lee Bodiford, 37, was arrested and charged with assault, third degree.

Sept. 3

Thomas Warren Hill, 36, was arrested and charged with theft of property, third degree.

Sept. 1

A complaint was filed for assault on South Glenwood Avenue.

A complaint was filed for theft of property after a check valued at $106 and a Black & Decker skill saw valued at $60 was reported stolen on South Glenwood Avenue.

A complaint was filed for assault on South Glenwood Avenue.

Samuel Kelin Vinson, 25, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road.
