Timothy Wade Simmons, 31, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance.

A complaint was filed for trafficking of methamphetamine and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, first degree, on Davis Pond Road.

Jerry Newton Mills, 48, was arrested on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, first degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Connie Mae Mills, 48, was arrested on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, first degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

July 30

A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment and assault on Ronald's Ball field in Highland Home.

Julia Dewielle Brasington, 18, was arrested on charges of three counts of reckless endangerment and harassment.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Montgomery Highway.

July 31

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, and burglary, second degree, on Hopewell Cemetery Road when a television, valued at $300, telephone, valued at $65, and tool belt, valued at $25, were reported stolen.

August 2

Eric Grant Lucas, 27, was arrested on charges of unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, second degree, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

August 3

Tommy Gene McCann, 45, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, second degree.

Wanda Lowery Johnson, 33, was arrested on three charges of failure to appear for driving while license suspended.

A complaint was filed for unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, second degree, and possession of a controlled substance on Kilcrease Road.

August 4

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, on Pickens Street, Rutledge, when damage, valued at $320, to property was reported.

Steven Latrell Sexton, 36, was arrested on charges of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

Jerry Windham Reeves, 59, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, first degree.

August 9

Jamie Wellington Church, 24, was arrested on charges of giving a false name/information to a law enforcement officer.

Nathan Dewayne Lee, 26, was arrested on charges of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.
