€ Deputies arrested Joshua Henry Palmer, a 21-year-old white male of Posey Road, Lapine, on warrants charging unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree, and theft of property, third degree.

€ A complaint was signed on County Road 40 in the Chapel Hill community for criminal mischief, second degree. The complainant stated a 1989 Buick Century Limited received $400 worth of damages.

€ A complaint was signed for receiving stolen property, third degree on Bea Street, Highland Home. Deputies arrested Joshua Henry Palmer, a 21-year-old white male of Posey Road Lapine; Richard Faulk, a 45-year-old white male of Honoraville; and also Kenneth Wayne Brown Jr., a 23-year-old white male of Bowden Road, Lapine, all charged with receiving stolen property, third degree.

€ A complaint was signed at Old Acres Trailer Park, Rutledge, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance-cocaine. Deputies arrested Pamela Jena Chambers, a 48-year-old black female, James William Chambers, a 42-year-old black male and Ezekiel Bodiford, a 54-year-old black male, all of Old Acres Trailer Park, all charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance-cocaine, unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

€ During a traffic stop on Greenville Highway, Rutledge, a drug-detecting K-9 indicated to the presence of narcotics in a vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle located approximately 1/4 gram of crystal methamphetamine. On July 6, as a result of this case, deputies arrested Marlene Stephens King, a 39-year-old white female of Cookstand Road, Rutledge, on a warrant charging unlawful possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

€ A complaint was signed on Dry Lake Road, Luverne, for domestic violence, third degree. Deputies arrested Johnny Arthur Kelley Jr., a 38-year-old white male of Dry Lake Road on the listed charge.

€ Deputies arrested Sabrina Shanell Wood, a 30-year-old black female of Glenwood Drive, Luverne, on a warrant charging interfering with governmental operations.

€ A complaint was signed on Posey Road, Lapine, for theft of property, third degree. Listed as stolen was a cellular phone. No value was listed on the report.
