A complaint was signed on Harris Road, Grady, for burglary, third degree and theft of property, second degree. Listed as stolen from a shop was a Campbell-Hausfield air compressor; value: $300.

A complaint was signed on Nekoosa Road, Grady, for theft of property, first degree. Listed as stolen was a 1989 Dodge Shadow, white and black in color; value: $1,500.

A complaint was signed on Montgomery Highway, Highland Home, for theft of property, second degree. Listed as stolen from a barn were two gas-powered weedeaters, one gas-powered leaf blower, one Black & Decker skill saw, two Black & Decker power drills, one battery charger, one electrical fuse box, one Home Depot jigsaw, one garden planter, and a 100-ft. extension cord; total value: $805.

Deputies arrested William G. Smith, a 36-year-old white male of McKinley Avenue, Montgomery, on a warrant charging contempt of court for non-payment of child support in the amount of $5,555.

Deputies arrested Michael David Motes, a 35-year-old white male of West 3rd Street, Luverne, during a traffic stop on Springhill Road, Luverne, charging him with driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).

A complaint was signed on Greenville Highway, Luverne, for theft of property, second degree. Listed as stolen was a .380-cal. nickel-plated semi-automatic pistol; value: $109.

A complaint was signed at the BP station in Dozier for theft of property, third degree. Listed as stolen was a cellular phone and black case; value: $210.

Deputies arrested Climon Woods, a 47-year-old black male of South Woodford Avenue, Luverne, on two warrants charging unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

A complaint was signed at United Stop 'N Shop #2, Montgomery Highway, Highland Home, for theft of property, third degree. A driver left without paying for $10 in gasoline.

Deputies arrested Nada Devon Blackmon, a 29-year-old black male of Golden Road, Goshen, on a warrant charging failure to pay on the charge of domestic violence, third degree.

A complaint was signed on Carter Road, Brantley, for domestic violence, third degree. Deputies arrested Chris D. Gooden, a 39-year-old white male on the listed charge.

Deputies arrested Johnny Clayton Richburg, a 29-year-old white male of Johnson Road, Dozier, on a warrant charging driving while license is suspended.

A complaint was signed on Rutledge Loop Road, Luverne, for burglary, third degree and theft of property, third degree. Listed as stolen from a residence was a VCR; value: $50.

Deputies arrested Christopher Lee Burnett, a 26-year-old white male of Burgamy Swamp Road, Honoraville, charged with public intoxication.

A report was filed on Mason Road, Honoraville, for a dog bite incident.

A complaint was signed on Bowden Road, Lapine, for criminal trespass, third degree and criminal mischief, third degree.

Deputies arrested Jamie Michael Blanchard, a 32-yar-old white male of New Ebenezer Road, Highland Home, on a warrant charging leaving the scene of an accident.

Deputies arrested Chris Brown, a 31-year-old white male of Honoraville Road, Honoraville, on a warrant charging unlawful possession of a forged instrument.

A complaint was signed on Danielsville Road, Honoraville, for theft of property, second degree. Listed as stolen was a Glenfield model 75 .22-cal. rifle and Leupold 3X9 scope; total value: $350.

Deputies arrested Eddie J. McAfee, a 33-year-old white male of Center Ridge Road, Luverne, on a warrant charging failure to pay on the charge of DUI.

Deputies arrested Darrell T. McGhee, a 34-year-old black male of Main Street, Brantley, on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on the charge of theft of property, third degree.

A complaint of theft of property, first degree was signed on Merriweather Trail, Highland Home. Listed as stolen was a Kawasaki red-colored four-wheeler ATV; value: $1,800. One the next day (at approximately 1 a.m., a deputy observed a four-wheeler matching the description traveling on Fairview Road, Lapine. The vehicle was being driven at a high rate of speed, reportedly by Paul Jacob Holly, a 36-year-old white male of Petrey Highway, Petrey. The deputy gave chase, and after approximately seven miles of pursuit, the driver overturned the vehicle in a curve and fled on foot, after failing to yield on Tucker Road. A short while later Holly was located on foot by Montgomery County deputies, who turned him over to the Crenshaw County Sheriff's Department. Holly was transported to the Crenshaw County Detention Facility where he was booked on the listed charge.

A complaint was signed on Oliver Meyers Road, Highland Home, for theft of property, third degree. Listed as stolen was a lawn mower and two cans of gasoline; total value: $165.

Deputies arrested Terry Lavon Brown, a 34-year-old black male of Rutledge, on a warrant charging failure to pay on the charge of unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree.

Deputies signed a complaint for obstruction of justice at Vicki's Hilltop in Highland Home. Arrested in the case was Daniel Donita Nickerson, a 26-year-old black male of Nickerson Lane, Grady, charged with felony obstruction of justice.

A complaint was signed on Montgomery Highway, Highland Home, for theft of property, second degree. Listed as stolen was a chainsaw and skill saw. Both were later recovered, and deputies arrested Walter Harper, a 49-year-old black male of East Helicon Road, Grady, on the listed charges.

A complaint was signed on Cook Road, Honoraville, for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Listed as stolen was a CD player, MTX amplifier, and a set of MTX speakers; total value: $699.

Deputies arrested Stephen Lee, a 31-year-old white male of Sandcutt Road, Greenville, on a warrant charging violation of a protection order.

Deputies arrested Jonathan Lewis Stubbs, a 29-year-old white male of Petrey Highway, Luverne, on a warrant charging NWNI.

Deputies arrested Derwin Floyd Nickerson, a 28-year-old black male of Nickerson Lane, Grady, on warrants charging improper tag and driving while license is suspended.

Deputies arrested Robert Eugene Taylor, a 28-year-old white male of County Road 2290, Goshen, charged with criminal non-support.

Deputies arrested Walter Harper, a 47-year-old black male of East Helicon Road, Grady, on two warrants charging theft of property, second degree and violation of probation.

Deputies arrested Gail Duncan, a 42-year-old white female of Glenwood Meadows, Luverne, on a warrant charging harassing communications.

A complaint was signed on Daniel Branch Road, Highland Home, for reckless driving.

A complaint was signed Montgomery Highway, Highland Home, for criminal mischief, third degree. Listed as damaged was a window on a service truck; value: $200.

Deputies arrested Alfonso Lee Gulley, a 33-year-old black male of Barbara Avenue, Luverne, on two warrants charging failure to appear in court on the charge of improper vehicle tag and driving while license is suspended.

Deputies arrested Jerome Lee Blair, a 22-year-old black male of Hub Hill, Rutledge, on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on the charge of burglary, third degree.

Deputies arrested Jolena Cantlow, a black female of West 2nd Street, Luverne, on a warrant charging negotiation of a worthless non-negotiable instrument (NWNI).

Deputies arrested James Markus Arnette, a 25-year-old white male of 3rd Street, Montgomery, on two warrants dated in 2002 charging domestic violence, third degree and harassing communications.
