Let freedom ring

Thursday night, President Bush addressed the nation, informing both the United States and the rest of the world that we are now at war.
The President made the following demands: "Deliver to the United States authorities all of the leaders of Al Quaeda who hide in your land. Release all foreign nationals, including American citizens you have unjustly imprisoned. Protect foreign journalists, diplomats and aid workers in your country. Close immediately and permanently every terrorist training camp in Afghanistan. And, hand over every terrorist and every person and their support structure to appropriate authorities. Give the United States full access to terrorist training camps, so we can make sure they are no longer operating. These demands are not open to negotiation or discussion."
Many generations of Americans have not seen war at all and others have not seen it on American soil. President Bush was right on the mark in making his demands and stating that there will be no negotiation.
This fight has become one of freedom. Like the President said, many are afraid of freedom and its effects on countries. We should be thankful for the freedoms we have and support President Bush, the Congress and the military in this fight to let freedom ring.
