Greenville Ford recently was given the President's Award, the highest honor bestowed upon dealers by Ford Motor Company. Greenville Ford has won the prestigious President's Award, the highest honor given by Ford Motor Company to its dealers.

Dealer Paul Hopper and his wife Tina traveled to Beverly Hills, California to accept the award and attend a banquet honoring the winning dealers.

Jim O'Connor, President of Ford Motor Company, told the dealers at the awards banquet, "Of the more than 5,200 Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealers in the United States, only 390 of you earned this honor. You are truly among the best in the business."

"We're very proud of this award and what it means to our dealership," said Hopper. "This award recognizes world-class service, and the great job that all of our employees do, day in and day out. I'm really proud of all of our people."

The criteria for the President's Award includes Customer Satisfaction, New Car and Truck Sales Volume, Employee Training and Certification, and Profitability. Dealerships must meet these requirements in every category in order to win the award.

"Our customers have been really good to us," said Hopper. "And I think we've been good to our customers. According to the Ford surveys on customer satisfaction, over 85% of our customers would recommend our dealership as a good place to do business. That's what really tells us that we've done a good job, and I know that we're all committed to making sure we continue to give our customers good service."
