On Father’s Day at First Assembly of God in Greenville, Stanley Middleton received recognition for being the father with the most birthdays and the one who had been a Christian longer than anyone else in the congregation. Mr. Stanley has been a Christian for more than 60 years. He is presently 95 years young and has survived both family losses and personal health issues that doctors did not give a great deal of hope. He is one of the most faithful members to attend Sunday service, arriving with a walking cane and a friendly smile. Mr. Stanley is to be commended for his faithfulness, dedication and example to a younger generation.
