Police arrest 11 during sting

Police and agents with the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board executed a series of early morning raids Thursday across Greenville.

According to Cpl. Byron Russell, with the GPD’s investigations department, those arrested were:

– Terry Jones, 44, of 540 W. Commerce St., for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (cocaine).

– Ralph Jones, 51, of 540 W. Commerce St., for two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (cocaine).

– Leterrain Smith, 33, for theft of property, 3rd. Smith turned himself in.

– Rosie Patton, 47, of 308 N. Pine St. for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (prescription narcotics).

– Chris Ainsworth, 25, of 116 Boutwell St., for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of marijuana, 1st, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Cynthia Crenshaw, 36, for two counts of unlawful distributions of a controlled substance. Crenshaw turned herself in.

– Alicia Longmire, 31, for two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance. Longmire turned herself in.

– Tyronda Bowen, 29, for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), conspiracy to commit distribution of a controlled substance, and six counts of failure to appear.

– Daniel Longmire, 30, for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (crack cocaine). Longmire was apprehended on E. Commerce St.

– Corey Cannon, 27, for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance (crack cocaine).

– Gary Seawright, 33, of N. Conecuh St., for theft of property, 3rd, and two counts of failure to appear for unrelated traffic violations.
