These reports were filed by the Butler County Sheriff's Office the week of Oct. 22, 2009

Oct. 22

- Valara Rudolph, 42, of Greenville was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Oct. 23

- Elbert James Smith, 45, of Greenville was arrested for public intoxication and public lewdness.

- Ladon Devail Thagard, 32, of Greenville was arrested to hold for Calhoun County.

- A report was filed on Seventh Avenue in Forest Home for second degree criminal mischief and third degree theft of property. A flat screen television, a cell phone, wood grain tile flooring, a living room suit and a clothes hamper were stolen.

- A report was filed on Country Lane in Georgiana for third degree theft of property. Fifty dollars' worth of metal was stolen.

- A report was filed on Brewer Loop for third degree burglary and third degree theft of property. An answering machine, a dvd player, a refrigerator and a coffee gift pack were stolen.

Oct. 26

- Joshua Raphelle Morgan, 26, of Georgiana was arrested for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.

- A report was filed on Hank Williams Road in Georgiana for a natural death.

- A report was filed in Troy for second degree theft of property. Two hundred-dollar bills were stolen.

Oct. 27

- A report was filed on I-65 for second degree theft of property. Assorted coins and coin hoppers were stolen.

Oct. 28

- A report was filed on John Zipper Road for harassing communications and harassment.

- A report was filed on Halso Mill Road for third degree burglary.

Oct. 29

- A report was filed on Wagon Wheel Road for third degree assault.
