Fun at the library
Published Friday, October 30, 2009
On Monday, Oct. 26, several children enjoyed a "Halloween Craft Day" at the Luverne Public Library.
There were 15 children who participated.
They read a new book titled "The Super Hungry Dinosaur" and a Halloween book titled "John Pig's Halloween".
The craft for the day was a Halloween "mummy" made from a styrofoam cup, strips of cloth and wiggle eyes.
The girl "mummies" had pink hair ribbons, and the boy "mummies" had blue bowties.
When they finished, the children received Halloween treats to take home.
