Welcome home

Friends and family gathered at the Montgomery Regional Airport, Tuesday, September 15, to welcome home Sgt. Ryan Wooten.

Sgt. Wooten has been deployed for the past 13 months with his unit in support of “Operation Iraqi Freedom”.

He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Ronnie Wooten of Highland Home, grandson of RC Wooten, Highland Home and Hazel Lee of Montgomery, and the great-grandson of Mrs. Willie Stringfellow of Greenville, AL.

After visiting with family and friends, Sgt. Wooten will return to his duty station at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
