Mr. Ronald Hoyt Manies, Jr., 46, of Luverne, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015, at his residence.

Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at the First Charismatic Baptist Church. The Rev. Jeff Penn officiated. Interment followed in the Rutledge Cemetery, with Keahey Funeral Home directing. The family received friends prior to service in the church.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Manies, of Luverne; mother, Carol Manies, of Luverne; sons, Brian (Rebeccah) Manies, of Goshen, and Brad Manies, of Goshen; stepchildren, Jimmy Lee Owen, of Houston, Texas, and Patrick (Ashley) Owen of Houston; step-granddaughter, Phoenix Owen; sisters, Rochelle (John) Mills, of Luverne, Rachel (Rickey) Campbell, of Luverne, Reesa (Richard) Daniels of Glenwood, and Regina (Joey) Clements, of Luverne; and grandchildren, Keaton Manies and Kolton Manies.

Mr. Manies was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Manies, Sr., and sister, Rhonda Summerlin.
