Jennifer Lynn Payne, age 50, a resident of Andalusia, Ala., died on Sept. 23.  Mrs. Payne was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Laura Mae Oswald.  She is survived by her husband, Richard Dalton Smith; children, Brandon Ray Payne (Sarah) of South Dakota, Jennifer Nicole Payne Stanley (Rodney Chad) of Samson, Ala., Richard Tyler Payne of Andalusia, Ala.; six grandchildren; sisters, Tricia Ann Oswald Dunn (Randy Lee) of Morehead, Ky.; Linda Sue Oswald, and many nieces and nephews.  The family will hold private memorial services at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.dunklinanddanielsfh.com.
