Hobson (Junior) Martin, 84, a resident of Dozier, Ala., passed away on Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Johnson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jeff Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Georgiana with Johnson Funeral Home directing arrangements. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home. Mr. Martin is survived by his daughter, Judy Abna, Union City, Ga.; son, Wayne Martin, Buford, Ga.; stepdaughter, Tracey Smith, Georgiana; sisters, Faye Gipson, Ima J. Bush, and Frances Walker, all of Georgiana; grandchild, Leah Waters, MacDonald, Ga.; great-grandchildren, Shelby and Allie Waters, MacDonald, Ga.
