Vincent named OC of Blazers

Former Greenville High School head coach Bryant Vincent has been named offensive coordinator at UAB.

Vincent was head coach of the Tigers for the 2006 season. He led Greenville to a 10-3 record before leaving to take over as head coach at Spanish Fort High School.

In 2010, Vincent led Spanish Fort to the Class 5A state championship.

As a head coach at the high school level, Vincent owns a 49-16 record.

The former Tiger head coach has spent the last three seasons as an assistant on Joey Jones’ staff at the University of South Alabama. During the last two seasons, he has worked with quarterbacks.
