All-Stars advance

Crenshaw County All-Stars have advanced in tournament play.
• Crenshaw County 7-8 Girls came in runner up in the District in Troy and will be playing in the State Tournament in Scottsboro.

• The 7-8 Boys won the District tournament in Eufaula and will be playing in the State Tournament in East Tuscaloosa on July 12th.

• The 11-12 Boys came in 2nd in the District tournament and will play in the Sub State in Montgomery on July 11th to play for a slot for the state tournament. (Thursday’s edition incorrectly says they are playing in the state tournament, we apologize for the mistake and are happy to set the record straight).
