Margaret E. Molleur

Margaret E. Molleur, a resident of Lugoff, S.C., and a former resident of Greenville, Ala., died Saturday, April 20, 2013. Graveside service for Mrs. Molleur, 100, will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Magnolia Cemetery in Greenville, Ala.. Mrs. Molleur, wife of the late Vernon Earl Molleur,  was born in Providence, R.I. She was the daughter of the late Carlos “Carl” and Margaret Johanna Sampson Frey. She was a homemaker and enjoyed reading and knitting. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Greenville.

Surviving are her daughters, Patricia Ruth Davidson of Montgomery, Ala., Joan Marie Bennett of Lugoff, S.C. and Mary Margaret Bennett of Greenville, Ala.; sister, Mary Dempsey of Dayville, Conn.; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.  She was predeceased by a brother, Carl Frey; sister, Rita Bush; and a great-grandchild. Everyone will assemble at the gravesite for the service. No visitation will be held.
