Sharon K. McGough, 49, a resident of Honoraville, Ala., died Tuesday, March 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 7 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Harrison Funeral Home with Minister Greg Wilkes and Reverend Danny Dean officiating. Interment will follow in Berea Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home directing. A visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the service. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to The Wellness Foundation c/o Montgomery Cancer Center.

Survivors include her husband, Lonnie P. McGough, Honoraville; so, Neal McGough, Honoraville; mother and stepfather, Kay and Haywood Cowles, Highland Home, Ala.; brother T.H. (Robin) Cowles, Highland Home, Ala.; sister, Teri Spivey, Hope Hull, Ala.; stepmother, Winnie Loftin; nieces, Anna Grace Cowles, Highland Home, Ala., and Jordan Spivey, Hope Hull, Ala. Mrs. McGough was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Loftin and brother, Gilbert Edward Loftin, Jr. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Barnes and the staff at Montgomery Cancer Center for their love and care to Sharon during her years of sickness.
