CCA pageant set for Saturday

The 44th annual Miss CCA Pageant will be held in the CCA gymnatorium, Saturday night, March 2.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the program will begin at 7 p.m. The cost of admission is $7 per person.
Eleven lovely ladies will be vying for the title of 2013 Miss CCA.
Emceeing this year’s pageant is Haley Spates, a former Miss Alabama with a magnificent voice.
The theme of this year’s pageant is “Dancing in the Street,” featuring all dance songs.
Not only will the 11 lovely contestants be providing entertainment, but the Little Sisters of the contestants, the escorts of the contestants, and Ms. Spates will be providing entertainment during the program.
The contestants are judged on poise, talent, and an off-campus one-on-one interview with the judges.
The girls that will be participating in the pageant are seniors Candice Butts, Arica Holloway, Sarah Jackson, Kaitlyn McGough, and Emilee Speed.
Juniors participating in the pageant are Morgan Acreman, Cortlyn Boyd, Billie Bryan, Maribeth Newton, KlaRissa Stubbs, and Madison Tranum.
