Jameson Inn makes switch to Baymont Inn

Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with more than 7,260 hotels and part of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), announced Jan. 18 its plan to convert the Jameson Inn to the Baymont Inn.  The property will be managed by Channel Point Hospitality, LLC, a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Aimbridge Hospitality, a hotel and real estate management company based in Dallas.

Dave Johnson, President and CEO of Aimbridge Hospitality, is thrilled about Aimbridge Hospitality’s new partnership with the Baymont Inn.

“We are privileged to add a premium Wyndham-branded hotel to our portfolio, as we have a proven track record with the company,” said Johnson.

The Baymont Inn, located just off of Interstate 65 at exit 130 and features 41 rooms.

“I have no doubts that the Baymont Inn will be a huge success,” said General Manager Joshua Byrd. “We are a great hotel in an excellent location, and we are very proud to now be flying a Wyndham flag.”
