Mr. and Mrs. Ray Holder are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Holder to Kyle Leander Nelson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Neal Nelson of Georgiana.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Ethel Holder and the late Mr. Eugene Holder of Wetumpka, and the late Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Bush of Georgiana.

She is a 2008 graduate of Georgiana High School and a graduate of Trenholm State Technical College.

She is employed as a dental assistant with Dr. William Hamilton Jr.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Barney O. Nelson Sr. of Clanton, and Mrs. Doris McInvale and the late Mr. Julian McInvale of Georgiana. He is a 2007 graduate of Georgiana High School and is employed with the State of Alabama Department of Transportation in Greenville.

The couple is to be married October 8 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Georgiana.
