David and Regina Ward of Petal, Miss., announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Ward, to Justin Beeson of Petal, son of Randy and Cindy Beeson of Greenville.

Wedding vows will be exchanged at 5 p.m. on September 3, at Sunrise Baptist Church in Petal with Cecil Hathorn officiating the ceremony.

Megan is the granddaughter of William and Jeannette Lisko of North Little Rock, Ark., and the late Clyde and Jocelyn Ward of Petal.

Justin is the grandson of Charles P. Carter of Petal, Barbara Ellis of Hattiesburg, and William Cullen and Annie Marie Beeson of Brookhaven.
